我们是做医疗护理用品的像鞋子衣服这些， 有个俄罗斯的客人要求我们提供相关产品的EC certificate， 刚开始我不明白是什么， 客人发了个Example 给我， 可我还是不明白这是什么Certificate 还是相关产品销售出口证明， 这个certificate 要怎么申请， 找谁能做， 请了解的朋友联系我 ＱＱ７６７２９６４３９，谢谢大家了。
客人发的Example 如下：

RETRISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR MEDICAL DEVICE
Registration No. 20112400011
GUILIN ZHONGHUI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD:
We hereby that the productions of B1, B2 and B3 Test strips manufactured by your company have passed the examination by the Food and Drug Administration and qualify for market access standards of medical device. Permit registration and the validity period are four years since approval.
Registration Authority: Food and Drug Administration of Guangxi province.
Registration Date: Jan 17, 2011
