大家新年好！
请问有人了解关于UN3291是什么认证吗？需要做什么测试？我们有英国客户要买医疗垃圾袋，需要有这个认证，但是问了工厂和几个国内机构，都不太清楚这个是做什么测试的认证。
客户说All product lines must be compliant with UN3291 and be tested by an accredited laboratory as determined by the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA). All product lines must carry a valid UN GB number.
如果有了解这个认证的福友可以帮忙提供一些资料供参考吗？感激不尽！谢谢
