欧盟提议修订REACH附录XVII及更新偶氮染色剂的测试方法

2020年4月，欧盟委员会起草欧盟法规，将修订REACH法规（(EC) No 1907/2006）附录XVII。这些修订尚未生效。以下是修订的要点：
修订第3项（被认为是危险的液体物质或混合物）
1. 将删除此项中的“R65”危险警语（限制的第3、5和第7点）。
2. 将删除第6点中关于欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)准备的卷宗的限制。
修订第22项（五氯苯酚）
此项将被删除。
修订第28、29和30项（被分类为第1A类或第1B类的致癌物质、第1A类或第1B类的致基因突变的物质以及第1A类或第1B类的生殖毒性物质）
此三项限制将不适用于欧盟法规(EU) 2017/45所涵盖的设备。
注释：
欧盟法规(EU) 2017/45为关于医疗器械的法规
修订第67项（十溴联苯醚(decaBDE)）
此项将被删除。
修订第68项（全氟辛酸(PFOA)及其盐类）
此项将被删除。
