埃及新政要求的证书

我们有以为埃及客人订购了一些照明支架，现在不能安排出货，因为埃及政府有出台一项新的政策，要求进口商在清关时要提供一份新的证书，具体要求如下：
The certificate should be mentioned the below:
1- The shipment quantities.
2- The prices.
3- goods origin: China.
4- The factory name or the producer name and address.
5- The licensee brand for that goods.
6- The importer name and address.
7- The IEC standard number (which in compliance with the Egyptian standards) that tested and passed by the goods.
you have to arrange for that shipment a special (testing and checking) certificate issued by any testing company accredited by (ILAC) and that certificate must be legalized from Egyptian embassy and CCPIT.
我们觉得这个跟CIQ证书很相似，但是客人不接受CIQ证书，请问大家知道还有什么证书是符合这样的要求的呢？
