印度客户清关遇到了麻烦 海关要IS10001认证

有一单出到印度的双燃料汽油机，油箱有两个仓位，客户清关的时候说海关要CFS officials 出的BIS标准下的 IS10001 认证目录，证明汽油机（有两个油箱仓）可以只用汽油！
下面是客户发我的：
Dear Sir,
Please be informed, as per our telecom yesterday the AC customs gave a open examination order and asked for report from EO & AO in CFS. Our customs person along with officials inspected the cargo and gave report to Asst.commissioner.
We took the file along with your declaration for non-applicability of BIS certificate and met him. Today after verifying everything, he clearly stated that BIS is required for this cargo without which he will not permit to do Import clearance. Pls refer to the attached order and catalogue signed by CFS officials.
Request you to apply for BIS certification and provide the same.
要做这个认证么？头大……请教下各位友友这该怎么办呢？
