有个德国的客户，现在必须要EN norms，第一次遇到，希望有做过的给说说：
客户的邮件：For importing to Germany, passing the EN norms is a must. I mean the goods must at least passing REACH standard.
这个证书是需要送样检测才能拿到的？
还是没一批货单独办理的？
费用是多少？
标准是什么？
是否很严格？
有没有什么要求？
我们是钢制产品。跪求！！！！！！！！！！
