出口日用瓷 法国，不知道怎么处理这个CE认证

最近接了个单子出法国的，问了同事才知道 出法国已经要做 认证，客人说要CE，那么去做一个认证费用可不少嘛；
老板几百块可能可以接受，几千上万 利润都没那么多 是不，所以各位大神 帮帮忙，顺便帮我看下客人邮件是几个意思：

You can IT CE 002 use the joined document by specifying that all references them that I bought is on the document.
If I understood well this document supplied you by a Chinese company it is enough for me.
