美国材料与试验协会（ASTM）颁布了首部针对成人饰品的新标准—ASTM
F2999-13。该标准适用于12 岁以上成人饰品，管控项目包括有毒元素含量和物
理机械项目。（要求详情请见以下各表。）
This specification establishes requirements and test methods for specified
elements and for certain mechanical hazards in adult jewelry. Adult Jewelry, which is
defined as jewelry designed or intended primarily for use by consumers over 12 years
of age. (For details, please see the table below)

美国材料与试验协会（ASTM）颁布了针对儿童饰品的新标准—ASTM
F2923-11。该标准适用于12 岁及以下儿童饰品，管控项目包括有毒元素含量和

This specification establishes requirements and test methods for specified
elements and for certain mechanical hazards in children’s jewelry. Children’s Jewelry,
which is defined as jewelry designed or intended primarily for use by children 12 and

表2 可萃取镉要求(migratable cadmium)：
成人饰品中总镉含量大于15000 mg/kg 时，需测可萃取镉
Covered components of adult jewelry containing more than 1.5% total cadmium need
to be tested for migratable cadmium.
儿童饰品中总镉含量大于300 mg/kg 时，需测可萃取镉
Covered components of children’s jewelry containing more than 300 mg/kg total
cadmium need to be tested for migratable cadmium.
