EN14308标准范围
The EN14308 Standard specifies the requirements for factory made rigid polyrethane foam（PUR）and polyisocyanurate foam（PIR）products, with a closed cell content not less than 90%, with or without factings, with are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations,with an operating temperature in the range of approximately -200℃ to +200℃。
硬质聚氨酯泡沫（PUR）及聚异氰脲酸酯产品（PIR）CE认证根据欧盟建筑产品指令CPR-No.305/2011/EU，根据EN14308协调标准采用体系1或者3进行测试认证。EN14308欧盟CE认证必须由欧盟委员会认可的具备资质能力的公告号机构（Notified Body）进行测试或认证。
从2013年7月1日起，欧盟颁布的建筑产品CPR法规（Construction Product Regulation简称305/2011/EU-CPR法规）将全面取代原来的建筑产品CPD指令（Construction Product Directive简称89/106/EEC-CPD指令），欧盟CPR法规将对CE认证要求更加严格。
