我公司是贸易型的化工出口，有个意大利客户要求Italian market it is necessary to have Reach documentation upto date, that means that we need your confirmation that your product has been pre-registred and a copy of Reach registration for Italian marked must be sent to us 这个是要REACH 认证还是必须预注册呀？
